A data center development opportunity in Bosque County, Texas, approximately 90 minutes from the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The site is land controlled, cleared, and generally development-ready, in TNMP service territory with planned 138 kV delivery.

MetalWave approaches digital infrastructure from the power side first. Land is straightforward to find; deliverable large-load capacity on a credible schedule is not. Every site decision starts from the utility, the interconnection, and the market.
Access to REP, LSE, and QSE capabilities through affiliated companies. Through affiliated energy-market entities, MetalWave integrates retail power procurement, load management, scheduling, and ERCOT market participation into its infrastructure platform.
Supporting Capability
MetalWave helps reduce long-lead-time infrastructure constraints. Equipment sourcing supports project schedules; it is not the company's identity.
Availability, lead times, and sourcing routes are evaluated on a project-specific basis.
